## Analysis of Enterprise Fundraising System

- Led business process documentation and analysis of enterprise fundraising system at a large national nonprofit by interviewing key stakeholders in person and on the phone
- Performed “gap analysis” comparing the current process (and its pain points) to ideal future process, highlighting suggested changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user buy-in
- Established criteria and evaluated over a dozen potential software vendors based on their ability meet documented requirements, deliver improvements and support implementation
- Presented findings to C-level executives and staff in person and wrote a detailed report with recommendations, vendor comparisons and suggestions for user buy-in and change management
